How do you involve clients in your design process?

We believe residential architecture is personalised and the homes we design need to reflect the people we are designing for. Our initial project questionnaire and onsite consultations are designed to get to know you and your family, how you live, how you entertain, what hobbies you have, so that your home will not only look aesthetic, but be functional and have spaces that you enjoy - whether that’s cooking, entertaining, relaxing or dancing.

During each of the design stages, drawings and documentation will be produced and consulted with you for approval.

Do you offer concepts only?

Yes, once we have your initial brief and have documented measured drawings (if your project is a renovation), we then commence the conceptual design. You can chose concepts only if not ready for us to produce detailed drawings for construction.

Can you produce structural plans for our renovation or new build project?

Yes, BAAInteriors is supported under the banner of BAASTUDIO Architecture, a well established residential architecture firm who can produce all the structural plans required including for building approvals and construction in coordination with the Interior plans. This also ensures a cohesive design and feel between your internal and external spaces if this is required for your project.
